A giant rubber duck was spotted in Hong Kong harbor this past week. For the safety of all Hong Kong residents, Mr. Bubble was not used during the duck’s tour of the harbor and there were no sightings of Ernie (or Bert) singing “Rubber Duckie, You’re the One”.
